SALES TAX:

You pay ZERO sales tax, unless your order is sent to a resident of Pennsylvania. The base sales tax rate for Pennsylvania is 6%.

GIFT WRAP:

We offer Gift Messaging at no charge and Gift Wrap at $2.50 per item. Execpt for large oversize toys.

SHIPPING COSTS:

We will ship to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and FPO/APO address by USPS or UPS and will add the shipping cost in at the time of charging your credit card.(you can't use Paypal to pay for your Alaska, Canada, Hawaii and FPO/APO address order). You pay, what the USPS or UPS charges dianatoystore.com.

FREE SHIPPING:

When we offer free shipping and you return the package, you must pay for shipping both ways.

Shipping time via UPS ground is 1 to 5 business days to most addresses in the Lower 48 states from zip code 18360. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. Your scheduled delivery date can be determined by entering the UPS tracking number supplied in the shipping email into the UPS tracking field on their website www.ups.com.

HANDLING CHARGE:

There is no charge for handling!

ORDER TRACKING:

All UPS orders are confirmed and tracked through e-mail. First you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. When your order is shipped, you will be notified and your UPS tracking number is posted on the tracking information part of your order.

OUT OF STOCK:

You will be contacted via E-mail if a requested item is out of stock.

RETURNS

RETURNS/REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: Your item(s) must be returned within 14 calendar days of your original order arriving. All items MUST be in NEW, unused condition and returned in original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. You MUST receive authorization number from us before returning any items.

NOTE: The cost to ship many of the large items such as train tables, furniture, bikes & trikes, etc. can be significant, so please be sure the product you order is exactly what you want and the published shipping time frames will work for you. We pride ourselves in our ability to quickly process and ship our orders so please notify us as soon as possible regarding any cancellations or changes to avoid any unnecessary charges.

Canceling an Order:

You may cancel an order at any time prior to processing to our warehouse by email us at dianatoys2001@yahoo.com Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped or at the warehouse. Please refer to our Returns Policies for easy returns.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:

Please inspect all packages promptly, any damage must be reported before 14 days for the claim with UPS to be made and a new part/item shipped. If an item is damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately and save all packing materials. Contact us at dianatoys2001@yahoo.com.

We cannot process a claim after the 14 day time frame for damage claims. It is your responsiblity to open and inspect all merchandise UPON RECEIPT to insure no damage has occured.
